One of Braden's new favorite things to say is "oopsy daisy". Well...last night he had a big one! He tripped walking down the sidewalk to my parents house (the one they are moving from tomorrow). He has RUN down that sidewalk since he has been able to run with us grabbing him telling him to be careful and slow down. Last night as he was actually walking he tripped right as he approached the concrete steps and hit his head on the first step. Needless to say we headed to Children's where he received a total of 7 stitches. These are some of the happy pictures during our wait. He actually did great when they were stitching him up thanks to a little "happy juice". On Friday he has to go to the pediatrician to have the stitches removed (without happy juice) so I'm sure that will be a different story. We'll keep you posted.....

"oopsy daisy"!! Before long they will start to recognize him at the ER. As the saying goes - Boys will be Boys!
Oh my! that look like it hurt a lot!!!!!!!
C.J. , in three years mind you, had a burnt hand from an Iron, had to stay the night at the Hospital...(he had just turned two). That same year..October, he hit his head on a friends fireplace and had to have stitches and then right after he turned 3, hurt his self at Chuck-E-Cheese and had to go to the Hospital again, this time we got them to glue his head....I could not take him going through that again.
Boys will be Boys, that is for sure!!!!!
Cj really does love Ms. Reynolds...me to!!!!
Oh boy Jill! You have certainly been busy at your household...I can't believe the tongue and now stitches in his head. Welcome to the fun life of having boys!!!!! I hope Braden is feeling better and his cut is healing quickly. I was also sad for you and your family about your parents move. There must be lot of precious memories there for you. Where are they moving to? Staying in Knoxville I'm sure right? Good to catch up with you...Keep Braden in a bubble please!
